PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Inclinometer

Model: ZQ-50

Overview

ZQ-50 inclinometer is manufactured by traditional precision instrument manufacturing industry. The movement is made of metal. Various parts are treated with corrosion protection, and this product is used to measure and record the instantaneous inclination of the hull. It has the advantages of accurate recording, reliable work and easy to use. It is an indispensable instrument for ships, suitable for navigation, marine, fishery and other departments.

Specifications:

  1. The index value is 2.5° or 1°
  2. Measuring range: 50° on the left and right
  3. The indication error ± 0.5°
  4. Overall size and weight: plate size φ150mm Overall size φ208×62 mm Weight about 1.5kg

Working environment requirements

  1. Severe impact and vibration should be avoided
  2. Working temperature: -10°C~50°C

Press

The inclinometer should be fixed vertically on the measured object, and the operation method is as follows for reference;

  1. Open the shell: hand press the shell, rotate the red mark of the shell button to the direction of the clock face, and pull out to open the shell.
  2. Align the inclinometer, so that the three black moisture-proof rubber pads on the back cover are located in the position shown in the figure, and use 3 screws and washers to penetrate into the three moisture-proof rubber pad holes and fix them on the wall panel under test. Note The black pointer is pointing at the “0” bit
  3. Remove the pendulum screw and replace the M3×12 screw in the spare parts so that the pendulum can swing flexibly left and right
  4. Close the shell rotary button to lock it.

Instructions for use

  1. During navigation, if the hull is tilted, the inclinometer pointer swings left and right with the pendulum always pointing to the deflection from the black pointer relative to the disk, and the deflection angle is the instantaneous inclination of the hull, which is recorded by the left and right red recording needles and maintains the maximum value.
  2. If the inclination needs to be remeasured, the reset needle on the glass can be rotated by hand to restore the left and right recording needles to the “0” position.
